There is a $300 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. Deposits are placed on upcoming litters, and customers with deposits will select their puppy on a first-in first-out basis in order of deposit. We do not take deposits based on the gender or color of the puppy. Deposits are not refundable but are transferable. If for some reason, you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available, or would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter. When moving from one litter to another, you will be placed at the end of the list for the litter you move to.
Balance Payments
Balance payment is due at puppy pickup. You will receive our contract and an option to pay by check or with a credit card after the puppy photos and videos have been posted. There is a 3% handling fee to use a credit card.

Our Process
We require a phone call with our prospective buyers prior to you placing a deposit. We feel that a phone interview gives us all the information we need to make an assessment and get to know our buyers first-hand. It doesn’t happen very often, but on occasion we have refused to sell one of our puppies to a prospective buyer.
We take 8 deposits on upcoming litters. We do reserve the right to claim the first spot on a litter as a Breeder’s pick at any time.
You will be notified by email after the puppies for the litter you’ve selected are born. The email will contain a photo and the numbers and colors of the puppies, as well as puppy pick-up date.
At 4-5 weeks, individual photos of the puppies will be posted on the website.
Selections are made in person on the day of pick-up. We select in list order, and try to be as fair as humanly possible.
Deposits are not refundable. If for some reason you are unable to take a puppy, or the puppies that are left when it is your turn to select are not to the color or gender of your liking, you may opt to roll your deposit to a future litter.
Puppy Selection
Pictures will be posted at 1 week of the group, and individual photos and videos will be posted at 4-5 weeks to assist you with the selection process. Puppies go home at 8 weeks old. Selections are made in person at the time of pick-up, based on list order. We will schedule appointments at 45 – 60 minute intervals in the order of deposit. You will be informed well in advance of the dates and times. If you cannot make your appointment in person, we will pick for you with your guidance, via phone call, email and other means necessary to get the puppy you want.
Two-Year Health Guarantee
We are proud of our solid reputation for healthy, happy puppies. All of our parent dogs are OFA certified and Genetically certified. We are so confident in the lineage of our puppies that we offer a Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If your puppy is found to have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects, we’ll replace your puppy free of charge.
Puppy Shipping
You are welcome to fly in to get your puppy or we can fly the puppy to you for a fee based on flight prices. Just let us know your nearest airport and the days that work best for you. We send your flight itinerary and nanny’s name and number.
