Terms and Conditions


There is a $300 non-refundable deposit that must be placed if you would like to hold a puppy. By placing a deposit, you understand the Terms and Conditions described here and in our Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee Agreement. Deposits can also be placed on upcoming litters, and customers with deposits will select their puppy on afirst-in first-out basis in the order of the deposits made. We do not take deposits based on the gender or color of the puppy. Up to 8 deposits can be taken for an upcoming litter.

Deposits are not refundable, but they are transferable. If for some reason, you cannot take a puppy when the litter is available, or would like to select a puppy from a different litter, you may transfer the deposit to an alternate litter. When moving from one litter to another, you will be placed at the end of the list for the litter you move to. We reserve the right to claim the first spot on a litter as a Breeder’s pick at any time.



Your deposit will be credited to the cost of your puppy and the remaining balance is due at the time the puppy is delivered or picked up. You will receive a copy of our contract and an option to pay by cash or check. Additional payment methods are available, but there is a 3% handling fee if you would like to use a credit card, Venmo, or Paypal.



Our mission is to place our puppies in caring environments. We require a phone call with our prospective buyers prior to the delivery of the puppy. We feel that a phone interview gives us enough information to make an assessment and get to know our buyers first-hand. It doesn’t happen very often, but on occasion we have refused to sell one of our puppies to a prospective buyer.



You will be notified via text or phone call after the puppies for the litter you’ve selected are born. First photos are generally taken one week later. New photos are taken every 3 weeks. Puppy picking time happens around 5 to 7 weeks old and is done by individual photos and videos of each puppy. We can also help with temperament questions at that time too. Puppies cannot go home until they are at least 8 weeks old.



We are proud of our solid reputation for healthy, happy puppies. All of our parent dogs are OFA certified and Genetically certified. We are so confident in the lineage of our puppies that we offer a Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee. If your puppy is found to have life-threatening, crippling, and/or disabling congenital (genetic) health defects, we’ll replace your puppy free of charge.



You are welcome to fly into the Salt Lake City Utah Airport to get your puppy, or we can fly the puppy to you for a fee based on flight prices. Just let us know your nearest airport and the days that work best for you. We will send your puppy’s flight itinerary and your puppy’s Personal Flight Nanny’s name and number to make meeting arrangements.

Depending on your location, we also have a transport service that we may be able to use to deliver the puppy directly to you. To check if this service is available in your area, and what the cost might be (which varies by location), contact us at the number on this website.



We spend a lot of time helping to ensure your puppy is well socialized. It is important for your puppy to make the transition to your home as soon as possible. After your puppy is at least 8 weeks old, we prefer to make pick-up or delivery arrangements quickly. If for any reason you need us to keep your puppy, we will do so for up to 1 week after your purchase. If boarding is required longer than 1 week, we charge $20.00 per day to continue training and providing socialization care.
